We wanted to continue the tradition of winemaking with the skilled and loving hands of our ancestors and can offer you today our rich wine, fresh and fragrant.

ARDARI ' is the name of a location 450 m above sea level in the valley of Molina where, since ancient times, vines have been grown on small terraces, called ardari in Veronese dialect. The project of reclaiming the land on which the vines have been planted was carried out respecting its morphology and the traditional cultivation methods. To improve the quality of our product we have chosen the Guyot system, so that the grapes can absorb the rich scents and flavours of the land, and further to this purpose only those white grapes have been carefully selected that can fully convey all the authenticity of this place. The plants we have selected are almost forgotten white grapes, called Trebianello, which were grown in this area for ages, along with other aromatic varieties that express their best qualities at this altitude and for this type of soil: Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Viognier. The vines are treated following a close observation, leading to a significant reduction of the treatments. The limestone, marly soil, beautifully exposed to the west, allows the grapes to fully ripen and the harvest is necessarily done by hand, carefully selecting the best grapes for the benefit of quality rather than quantity.
